These Terms cover only this website (perfspot.app). Each PerfSpot product is offered under its own separate terms of service, tailored to that application. If you are using a PerfSpot product, those product terms — not these — govern your use of it.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at perfspot.app (the “Site”), operated by PerfSpot LLC (“PerfSpot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the PerfSpot name and marks, are owned by PerfSpot LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use our name, logos, or marks without our prior written permission.

Text messaging (SMS)

PerfSpot LLC operates text-message (SMS) programs for its products, such as JupiterSignup. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our products’ sign-up forms, you may receive text messages from that product (for example, JupiterSignup), such as registration confirmations and reminders about the events and selections you signed up for. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The events or classes you signed up for are the subject of these messages, not a separate sender. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from a program, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
